Born in Padova in 1989, Federica began growing close to ballet at just four years old. Starting her preparatory training with Laura Pulin and continuing her studies until 18 years old with Simonetta Vaccara Reynaud.

In 2001 choreographer Fabrizio Monteverde helped her to discover contemporary dance which would become her true passion, although still finding time to maintain her ballet studies.

During this period she earned success in different competitions both as a soloist and in groups, dancing in choreographies by S.V. Reynaud, C.Ferrari, C.Cappello, T.Carano.

In 2007 Federica received a scholarship from Fondazione Nazionale della Danza -Aterballetto to join their professional training course, which allowed her to study with internationally renowned teachers in various dance styles.

Federica was then accepted to the Codarts Rotterdam Dance Academy in 2008 for a four year Bachelor of Fine Arts program. She moved to the Netherlands and began to expand her knowledge with many industry leading teachers such as Brigitte Martin, A.v.Dijk , T.Boomershine , C.P.Leitao, L.Frank, M.Pogliani, B.Caverna, J.Gallagher, G.Livingston, N.Verdoorn, H.Viertaler, N.Wolny, A.Kuck.

While in the Rotterdam Dance Academy Federica also preformed works by many different choreographers such as Ivan Schauvliege, Regina van Berkel, Neel Verdoorn, Jerome Meyer & Isabelle Chauffaut, Itzik Galili.

She was also the recipient of the Corrie Hartong Fonds scholarship in her third year of study, offered by Codarts to show potential and help with her final academic year.

For her fourth and final year Federica was an intern with Dance Group Amsterdam under the direction of Krisztina de Châtel where danced works by Châtel herself, of Michael Schumacher, and the White Horse Collective.

After graduating from the Rotterdam Dance Academy in 2012 and receiving her bachelor degree Federica began her professional career dancing with Internationaal Danstheater directed by Jan Linkens.

She then was offered a position with Club Guy and Roni for the projects of Poetic Disasters Club and White Smoke, where she performed choreographies by Guy Weizman, Roni Haver, Edan Gorlicki and Camilo Chapela.

In 2015 she danced in Maastricht for the company Project Sally with a choreography by Stephan Ernst and Ronald Wintjens and in Venice she joined the Oliva Contemporary Dance Project directed by Michele Oliva and Francesca .

And currently she is freelancer dancer and teacher in Holland and Italy.
